Palace

The idea of starting our own hamburger place was sparked a little over four years ago when one day we sat at McDonalds and ate a hamburger that had been ready for far too long.

First we got hold of a food truck which we set up in the square in the middle of Strömsund. After two years, the turnover was so high that it was not enough and we found our current restaurant, Hamburger Palace.

The idea is to make small branches in the nearest suburbs, Hoting, Backe, Hammerdal and Gäddede and maybe start a food truck there in the summer.
